"Mobile World Congress" Barcelona - Spain
The world's largest mobile technology fair
With nearly 1,500 exhibitors and 67,000 visitors from 205 countries in 2012, the Mobile World Congress has cemented its reputation as the world's largest mobile technology fair. Every year since 2006, a partnering (brokerage) event has taken place at the Mobile World Congress, organised by ACC1Ó -a department of the Catalan Government's Ministry of Enterprise and Labour- together with a core group of partners from the Enterprise Europe Network with the aim of helping European start-ups, SMEs and Research groups from the mobile technology sector in initiating transnational partnerships. In 2013 the venue will take place 25-28th February at Fira Gran Via, just down the road from the old location, a large state-of-the-art event space which will allow the show to grow and expand in the years to come.
