COFOCE and ProCórdoba meeting in Mexico

Both agencies met again for an institutional visit in Leon, Mexico

This past November, representatives of ProCordoba travelled to Mexico to pay an institutional visit to COFOCE’s facilities. It is important to mention that COFOCE’s executive officer was present in Argentina earlier this year for institutional strengthening strategies and trade possibilities between Córdoba and the state of Guanajuato. The mission in this occasion was to become acquainted with the trade intelligence system operated by COFOCE, as well as deepen institutional ties and exchange good practices, since both entities are part of RTPOs. In addition, ProCórdoba assisted members of the Chamber of the Footwear Industry of Córdoba to attend the 5^th World Footwear Congress and technical visits to Mexican footwear companies’ premises. The fifth edition of the World Footwear Congress is one of the footwear industry’s most important production areas and is characterized by its commitment to high quality standards and its strong reputation for design and innovation. This meant the enhancement of both the productive sectors and institutional relationships between Mexico and Córdoba.
