With the globalization that is present in the members of RTPO, the organisations are able to take advantage of this characteristic through participation in the program Sharing Offices.  Sharing offices abroad allows for the offices to collaborate in order to facilitate mutual growth and learning.  It creates considerable expansion among the markets of its participators.
